Applyline discovers openings from company boards powered by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Teamtailor, and Recruitee. You can also add a job URL and its details manually, so your search can stay together even when a board is not connected.

You review your materials first. Supported forms can be submitted from Applyline when that feature is enabled for your workspace. For other forms, take your prepared materials to the employer’s website and track the result here. Employer logins, CAPTCHA, and some custom questions still need your attention.

AI suggests a role-specific résumé summary and bullet improvements for you to accept or reject. Cover letters, answers, and résumé suggestions include supporting excerpts and go through evidence checks. Your original résumé is preserved. AI can still make mistakes, so you review and edit every draft. Personal questions, eligibility, and consent remain yours to answer.

Yes. Create a workspace, upload your résumé, discover jobs, prepare with templates, and track applications without a payment card. You start with 100 free automated applications on supported employer forms. Only confirmed submissions count. After these are used, choose a paid plan to continue automated applications. AI preparation is handled by Applyline without a separate provider subscription. Paid tiers provide different application allowances per billing period. Plan allowances reset after each paid renewal and unused applications do not roll over. Prices and limits are shown in the plan comparison and Settings before checkout.

Only an automated application with an employer confirmation uses one application from your allowance. Preparing or editing drafts, manual tracking, and failed submissions do not count. Queued applications reserve allowance so it cannot be spent twice. Existing one-time credits remain separate and are used after your plan allowance.

Open Settings and choose Manage billing to review available plan changes, update payment details, or cancel. The billing page shows the cost and timing before you confirm. A paid upgrade adds only the increase in allowance for the current period; a lower allowance applies on renewal. Your free workspace remains available after your subscription ends.

When Gmail is configured, you can connect your account, import recent recruiter messages, and save reply drafts. You can also paste messages into the inbox manually. Applyline helps you track conversations; you choose what to send.

Yes. You can export your workspace data or delete your account from Settings. Your résumé profiles and application records belong to your account, and you can disconnect Gmail or revoke API tokens from Integrations.
